Regional Pastors:
Regional pastors serve as a connection point person on Sunday mornings for the many souls who enter SouthBrook’s doors; connecting them to pastoral care, our ministries and serving opportunities. They are a liaison between the community and SouthBrook; they are present in the community by attending local meetings and interacting with local ministries, city leaders, businesses where we can collectively promote lasting, powerful, positive relationships to help transform our community for good. They seek out, discover, design, and deploy service opportunities that have collective impact in the Dayton area where
SouthBrookers can easily plug into, and be the service coordinator of these efforts. The RPs recruit and develop key volunteers and leaders to multiply our efforts in the community. They mentor, train, and coach community leaders in their journey to minister to their communities and help them raise up key leaders in their areas of focus. They are a force for love in every scenario, growing in compassion for one another, leading like Jesus.

Community Leaders:
Community leaders are bi-vocational, trained, commissioned, and shepherded by regional pastors. These leaders
mostly function out of a geographical location (ie. Springboro, Bellbrook, Centerville) and they work to bring the community together and be a bridge between community organizations and servants of the Lord willing to love their neighbors. Community Leaders also organize affinity-type sources of connection, ie. run clubs, fostering families, ultimate frisbee gatherings. They have a deep understanding of the relationship triangle (Up, In & Out) where they help others live a missional life that is up with the Father, in community with one another and out in the world spreading the good news of the gospel. We are always looking to add more community leaders to our team.
